What does "Virgin" hair mean?

Virgin hair means that the hair has never been treated with dyes, perms or relaxer chemicals. All of our products use only virgin hair.

Can this hair be dyed and colored?

Yes. This is 100% virgin human hair. It has never been treated before, so yes, it can be colored and treated just like normal hair. For best results consult with a professional.

Can this hair be curled or straightened?

Yes. This is 100% virgin human hair and can be styled just like it was our own.

How do you measure the length of each item?

For all our products the length posted in description is measured by pulling the hair straight first and then measuring.

What does Co-Wash mean?

Co-Wash is for washing your hair pieces without the use of shampoo. Instead a moisturizing conditioner is used, and mostly recommeded for curly hair.

How much hair should I order?

This all depends on your needs and hair style. For a full weave we recommed between 2-3 hair bundles. If you desire a lot of volume and layers then you should get between 3-4 hair bundles. With longer hair we also recomened between 3-4 bundles, for the longer the hair bundle the shorter the width.

When can I reach you by telephone?

We can be reached between 9am and 6pm Monday through Friday (EST). Also on Saturday from 10am – 3pm (and closed Sunday). If it is after hours contact us via email and we will reply shortly. You can always order directly from this site 24 hours a day.

How long does it take for items to be shipped?

Once you place an order, we will email you when your item ships. It will then take 5-7 business days to receive your order.
