CWU’s home office is located in Clearwater, Florida and we have an overseas operations office in Mainz, Germany and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba to support our OCONUS contract requirements. We provide our government clients top quality, cost effective, professional support services. CWU has the proven ability and expertise to provide contingency operations (CONOPS) and expeditionary support; special operations and civil affairs training support and instruction; role player support services (RPSS); CAT I – III linguists; target country subject matter experts; language training and translation services; cultural awareness training and immersion; contract management; and professional staffing augmentation.
Since 2004, CWU has been awarded more than 50 prime contracts and task orders providing expeditionary and training support with cultural advisors, linguists, intelligence analysts, subject matter experts (SME), training instructors, and role player personnel. We have provided service CONUS and OCONUS to the Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of State (DOS), NATO, and the National Guard Bureau (NGB). During this period, we estimate CWU has provided operational and training support services to more than 90 federal agencies for more than 100,000 law enforcement and military personnel. Our personnel have vast experience operating CONUS and OCONUS supporting government and civilian requirements including hostile areas with austere living conditions. CWU’s senior management team deployed to Iraq to provide direct program management and reconstruction support to MNF-I, MNC-I, DOS, MNSTC-I, and JCCI from 2004 through 2006.
The senior management team at CWU has extensive military and corporate government contracting experience supporting world-wide government operations and the civilian sector service industry. We have vast international experience in project management, cross-cultural communications, counter-insurgency (COIN) operations, antiterrorism/force protection (AT/FP), intelligence, security, business operations and logistics. We have solid past performance and a deep understanding of government contracting.
CWU has established rear area support and forward operations in the United States, Latin America, and the Middle East. We have solid experience conducting administrative support operations to include recruiting, testing, and hiring personnel; verifying personnel identification, conducting background checks, obtaining passports, visas and country clearances; coordinating travel, lodging, and rental vehicles in support of large-scale government contracts.
